Three Chinese Warships To Dock In Florida Port

Not sure what is going on here, according to this article, but the Chinese plan on a port visit here. Last I checked the US Navy was not allowed in Chinese ports, not sure if that changed, but we seem to be sending officers there too "....a collection of about two dozen U.S. naval officers paid a visit to the Chinese aircraft carrier Liaoning in China..."
